I’d wake up tired, as if I hadn’t slept at all. My metabolism changed, and I went from looking like a model to looking years older almost overnight. I gained over 30 pounds that I couldn’t lose for three years.
And I knew myself well enough to know: this wasn’t normal. Something deeper was going on.
I’ve always cared about my health. I wasn’t living on junk food or skipping sleep. I ate what I thought was healthy food, cooking my own high-protein carb-free meals, meditating, manifesting, working out twice a day, limiting alcohol, all of it. I was the typical “clean living ” LA girl.
But no matter how hard I tried, the fog didn’t lift. I kept thinking, 'Why isn’t my body responding?' Why would I not lose weight? Keep feeling puffy, tired, and mentally cloudy when my habits were supposedly perfect?
So I started digging.

It was overwhelming. I realized I had been exposed to dozens, maybe hundreds, of synthetic chemicals every single day.
